Fry's Spring Beach Club is a private, nonprofit, swim and social club.  FSBC is organized under section 501c7 of the Internal Revenue Code, which means that the Club relies most exclusively on its members for support.  

Members are encouraged to occasionally volunteer their time and talents towards maintaining and improving the Club and its assets.
