Membership Levels and Types 

Fry's Spring Beach Club offers two levels of membership, voting (full privilege) and seasonal (non-voting), under which are three types or categories of membership, individual, dual and family.  Fry's Spring Beach Club is primarily a seasonal Club open from Memorial Saturday through Labor Day Monday with occasional events scheduled throughout the year.

Levels

Voting / "Full Privilege" Membership

Individuals or families may purchase a "full privilege". voting membership certificate at a cost of $1000.  In order to vote, a member must be current in dues.  FSBC has a limit of 500 full privilege memberships.  

As a voting member benefits include:

• Voting rights in Fry's Spring Beach Club Inc,
• Board eligibility
• Reduced annual dues and fees
• Priority rental and discounts for club use
• Free event parking for home football games and concerts
• One 10 free guest pass card (1st year only)
• Participation in the stewardship of FSBC and historic preservation of city green space and a community asset

Voting members also have daily seasonal (May - September) access to the swimming pools and related facilities such as the Cafe, restrooms & changing rooms, tennis and volleyball courts and play areas.  Additional facility use typically requires arrangements with the General Manager and may have additional fees, although less than seasonal members or other private rentals.  These memberships include eligibility to join FSBC's Swim Team and lower costs for private or group swim & tennis lessons and other classes or activities that may be offered by the Club.  

Seasonal

Seasonal (non-voting) Members are not required to make the $1000 payment, but have no voting rights.

Membership Types or Categories (Article 111, By Laws)

Individual: Any one adult over the age of 18.

Dual:  Any two adults, or one adult and one child.  These memberships are intended for couples (with no children), or a single parent and one child, in both cases living under one roof.  Also includes two adults and infant(s) until the oldest child is aged 2 years.

Family:  Any one or two parents (or step parents) and their children living under the same roof. These memberships may include dependents, as defined by the Internal Revenue Code, Section 152 (any individual over half of whose support is provided by the member, living as part of the household, under one roof).  Divorced or separated individuals not living under the same roof, and with separate families or dependents, should obtain separate memberships, which may be individual, dual or family, depending on the circumstances.
