Clubhouse
Fry’s Spring Beach Club has two spaces, the Ballroom and the Garden Terrace Room & Bar, that may be rented in tandem or independent of one another.  Both spaces are located on the main floor of the Clubhouse.  Fry’s Spring Members and Non-members are able to host a variety of private events at the Club.  Examples include but ,are not limited to, wedding receptions, school socials and proms, birthday and office parties, business meetings, seminars, dinners, and dances.

Rental costs are determined by a variety of factors including membership level, type of event, the date, day, time and length of the event, and what space is being rented,

The Historic Ballroom
The Ballroom is the larger of the spaces at Fry’s Spring Beach Club and holds a total of 500 people, which includes seating for up to 200 people.  The Ballroom offers a big, beautiful, spring dance floor, a stage for presentation and performance, and a room to its side for food and beverage service.  This room has great acoustics and loads of charm.

The Garden Terrace & Bar
The Garden Terrace & Bar is the smaller of these two spaces and holds a total of 100 people, which includes comfortable seating for between 60 and 75.  This space is made up of two distinct areas, the Bar and the Garden Terrace room.  The Bar is a long, narrow, carpeted room with an old fashioned wooden bar.  The Garden Terrace room is square and has a wooden floor, which works well for dinner and dancing alike.  Running along two walls are large windows that make the rooms feel open and add great light during the day and reflection of light at night.

Pool and Grounds
Consider having a Pool Party, Picnic, BBQ, Outdoor Ceremony, or Reception on the grounds at Fry’s Spring Beach Club.  Fry’s Spring Beach Club Members are generous when it comes to sharing space.  The pool closes at 8:00 pm during the season unless after hours arrangements are made.  FSBC ends all outside events no later than 10:00 pm at which time the party can move inside!
