Aquatic Fitness

Fry’s Spring offers a wide range of water aerobic classes during the summer season to meet your fitness needs. Our instructors are trained to assist you in getting the most out of your water workout. We offer low impact gentle aerobics as well as bootcamp style classes. Classes are offered to members for FREE and non-members at affordable rates. Pre-registration required for non-members at 434-960-5575.

Aqua Aerobics with Janie -

Low-impact, shallow water exercise includes light cardio and stretching.
FREE to members – non-members welcome!
Tues & Thurs – 10:30am-11:30am

H2O Intervals with Jill -

Shallow water, full body interval workout. Perfect for all- fitness levels. Classes conveniently held during swim team practices.
FREE to members – non-members welcome!
Tues 4:30-5:15pm & Thurs 5:15-6:00pm 

Water Babies with a Parent -

Designed for infants, one & two year olds with a parent to acclimate your baby to the water through fun, games, and water exploration. Please call 4343-960-5575 for pricing and to arrange class times.
