Lifeguard Manager

The lifeguard manager will oversee a staff of approximately 40 lifeguards and manage club operations. Responsibilities include making sure that the pools are adequately staffed and that guards are properly utilized and performing their assigned duties. He/she will also be responsible for tracking pool chemical levels and adjusting as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a certified Red Cross lifeguard and pool manager. He/she will have supervisory experience as well as experience working at pool.

This is a seasonal position, from Saturday, May 26 through Monday, September 3. Hours are somewhat flexible but we anticipate needing the manager to work approximately 25-30 hours over 6-7 days per week through the middle of August with fewer hours at the end of August and into September.


Lifeguards are responsible for watching the swimmers in the pools and ensuring their safety. They are also responsible keeping the grounds, pool areas, and clubhouse clean.

Lifeguards must be Red Cross-certified and at least 15 years of age.

Cafe Staff

The FSBC cafe is hiring staff to handle food preparation and sales. Staff members will prepare and serve menu items in accordance with health department regulations and and then ring up cash, credit, and customer account sales. They are responsible for maintaining a clean cafe and seating area. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
