Assistant Managers

Front Desk

FSBC is searching for an assistant manager to schedule and oversee FSBC staff including lifeguards, swim instructors, café staff, and front desk staff between May and September 2019. Hours may be flexible and part-time or full-time. He/she reports directly to the FSBC Manager and/or Executive Director.

 The Assistant Manager must be an independent worker and problem-solver with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Supervisory experience is required. Experience working with teenagers is preferred. Interested applicants should email

Front Desk staff are responsible for greeting and checking in FSBC members and their guests. This is a great way to get to know our wonderful community of members! Applicants must be friendly, responsible adults. Shifts are generally morning through afternoon or afternoon through evening.


Lifeguards are responsible for watching the swimmers in the pools and ensuring their safety. They are also responsible keeping the grounds, pool areas, and clubhouse clean.

Lifeguards must be Red Cross-certified and at least 15 years of age.

Cafe Staff

The FSBC cafe is hiring staff to handle food preparation and sales. Staff members will prepare and serve menu items in accordance with health department regulations and and then ring up cash, credit, and customer account sales. They are responsible for maintaining a clean cafe and seating area.

Staff must be at least 14 years of age. 14 and 15 year-olds must also be FSBC members in order to apply. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Interested applicants should email
